Listing Requirements - Steps to Compliance

Listing Requirements

Example

Scenario: You are currently listing Supplement X from “Best Brand”. You received an email notification that your product has been identified as missing mandatory compliance information.

The same ASIN has been identified as requiring compliance action within your Manage Your Compliance dashboard under your Seller Central or Vendor Central account.

Submitting Requests for Lab Testing

Products that are certified to NSF/ANSI 173 or NSF 229 meet Amazon’s policy requirements.
If your product has been identified as a dietary supplement requiring action and is NSF certified, please initiate a test request to NSF International through your Manage Your Compliance dashboard and work directly with NSF International to verify and share compliance information to Amazon.
For products where testing has already been conducted by an ISO 17025 accredited lab (including in-house labs), please initiate a test request form (TRF) for impacted ASINs to the third-party TIC organization of your choice. You can provide this information directly to the third-party TIC organization chosen to conduct testing to verify if it meets Amazon policy.

Step 1) Within Seller Central or Vendor Central, navigate to Manage your compliance in your Account Health Dashboard

Step 2) All ASINs requiring action will appear under Incomplete requests within your Manage Your Compliance dashboard.

Step 3) Click on Add or appeal compliance and select Request lab service.

Step 4) Select Dietary Supplements as the issue. Under Source/Factory location, select the location the product is manufactured. Under Lab, select the Amazon-approved third-party TIC organization of your choosing to conduct testing.

Step 5) Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a notification as shown below. This indicates that the test request has been submitted successfully to the TIC organization chosen.

Testing Your Product

Once you have initiated a test request through your Manage Your Compliance dashboard, you will receive an email notification within 2 business days from the chosen third-party, TIC organization.
Please ensure that your contact information is up to date prior to submitting your test request.
