Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation for subscriptions from 12 and up to 60 bottles per month.
- Cancellation of 12 bottles or less per month triggers no recalculation of price based on yearly commitment.
- Cancellation of 25 or more bottles per month triggers recalculation of price to actual qty bought and a final bill.
- Over 61 bottles per month don't qualify for cancelation. You need to commit to 1 year supply.
Why subscribe and pay upfront?
- For additional discount of 10%, brining total discount to 15%
- A total of 15% discount, subscription 5% and upfront pay 10%
What if I don't need the inventory I subscribed?
- Cancel subscription, you get a full refund for bottles not delivered from date of cancellation for subscriptions of 24 and up to 60 bottles.
- Keep in mind that if you cancel a subscription your price per bottle will increase.
For example, if you cancel a 24 bottles per month subscription, you will need to pay the 12 bottles per month subscription price.
